Administrative Assistant/ Inside Sale 

POSITION SUMMARY:

Assist in growing Pioneer Metal Roofing through sales appointments and other assigned tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILIES:

• Taking calls in the office from current and prospective customers
• Setting appointments for outside project coordinators
• Assist in quoting roofing and building projects
• Complete customer contract paperwork
• Track project progress on excel spreadsheets
• Perform office administrative functions as required

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Sales and customer service knowledge
• Knowledge of building materials
• Strong organizational and communication skills both in person and over the phone
• Interpersonal skills including professionalism, patience and courtesy
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Customer Service Experience
• Sales experience is a plus

POSITION DETAILS:

• First shift, daytime hours. Some weekends and evenings may apply
• Must be organized and be able to prioritize and work under minimal supervision
• Must have strong communication and documentation skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to analyze and propose changes conducive to eliminating or reducing repetitive tasks ad streamlining workflow

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Standing, walking, sitting for extended periods of time
• Communicate effectively using speech, vision, hearing and writing
• Ability to bend, squat, crawl, climb and reach
• Possess visual acuity to read, and work at computer workstation
• Exposure to outdoor elements and varying temperatures
• Must be comfortable working at heights

Metal Roof Installer

Pioneer Metal Roofing is seeking a Metal Roof Installer

POSITION SUMMARY:

This is a full-time position working on our roofing team. You will be carrying and installing metal panels. The position is out of our Schuylkill Haven, PA location. Construction experience is helpful, and Roofing experience is preferred. Safety, attendance, and job conscientiousness are key in this position.

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Installing Metal Roofs

Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Previous experience in roofing installation and repair

Proficiency in using hand a power tools commonly used in roofing work

Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to roofing work

Strong attention to detail and quality craftmanship

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

POSITION DETAILS:

First (daytime) shift hours, may require OT as needed

Must have good communication skills

Must have a valid driver’s license

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Drive to Worksite

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
